Air Purification Equipment Introduction-Negative Pressure Weighing Booth

Negative pressure weighing booth is an air purification equipment that provides local negative pressure and local Class A environment; It is widely used in pharmaceutical weighing,sub-packing,sampling and other processes in the pharmaceutical industry, and strictly abides by Three productions and Three non-pollution principles:protect medicines from pollution,protect people from medicine pollution,and protect the external environment from medicines pollution.

Negative pressure weighing booth consists of several major components: a chassis, a HEPA filter for supply and exhaust, a variable air volume fan unit, a PLC control system, and a sensor system. The chassis is constructed from brushed, fingerprint-free 304 stainless steel, using sheet metal bending to create a clean, aesthetically pleasing design that is easy to clean and disinfect. It also utilizes an adjustable air volume fan system and a stainless steel wind speed sensor. By adjusting the fan's operating conditions, the average air speed in the clean work area can be maintained within a set range of 0.45 m/s.

Installation and Use Requirements for weighing booth:
1. The Negative pressure weighing booth should be stored away from vibration sources, in a well-ventilated, dry area, and contain ≤3,500 dust particles ≥0.5μm per liter of air.
2. The Negative pressure weighing booth's wind speed has been adjusted to the optimal setting (i.e., the average wind speed in the clean work area is 0.32m/s to 0.48m/s).
3. After the weighing booth is installed, the average wind speed in the clean work area can be measured using a tachometer. The wind speed should be controlled between 0.32m/s and 0.48m/s (adjust the voltage).
